The MUQID tool is a blockchain ecosystem to authenticate, verify, trace and track things (medicines, cosmetics, life style products, documents, other products, …).



Real or fake?

Each thing (medicine, cosmetics, life style product, document, other product, …) has its own unique identifier. You can check through that “number” if this thing is created by the authentic creator/manufacturer/brand owner and eventual which is the end point of this thing.

Made in/come from?

By which creator/manufacturer/brand owner was this thing made? At which country gets the thing shape?

This thing consists of?

Get a view of the components of this thing (medicine, cosmetic, life style product, other product, …) and with which materials is it shaped. This can be very important in case of allergies.

Purchase history.

In the MUQID tool you will find your purchase history. Your purchased things can be linked to your account. Immediately you know how much you have spent on a thing and you never lose your proof of purchase. This is important for the warranty of your thing. You will have an up to date overview of your belongings. This can be interesting if you get involved in a divorce or an inheritance.

Up to date manual.

Stop searching for the manual (paper, CD/DVD, USB, …) One central place for the latest version of the manual. You are on holiday and you have bought a medicine in Italy and you want to read the package leaflet in your own language. If the manufacturer has a package leaflet of the medicine in your language, you always find this with the MUQID tool.

Alerts of recall.

Automatically you can receive an alert in case the creator/manufacturer/brand owner/ government performs a recall. Let us finish the times when you have to read the messages in the store or catch the alerts via website, social media of government agencies or press releases and then proceed to action...

Transfer of ownership.

Make somebody else owner of your thing. This is important in case you sell your thing second-hand or an inheritance or you donate it away.

Product status.

Easy to check in which status a thing is located. Possible statuses: in creation, ready for transport, on the go, delivered, in processing, ready for sale, in ownership, broken, in repair, stolen,...

Buy the same.

If your thing is broken or lost, you can try to buy the same thing. If the same thing is no longer available? You can purchase a similar thing via the manufacturer/ retailer or second hand.

Feature request.

Let’s co-create! Think about what can be done better. As an end user you use the thing “every day” so you see when a thing can use some adjustments or improvements. Examples: ease of maintenance, usability, …. Suggestions of color, functions, … Share suggestions, ideas to the manufacturer. The manufacturer can indicate whether or not he will take them into a next version, model,…

Product life cycle.

Every thing has its own life. It starts with the ingredients, the different steps of the production process, distribution, storage, intermediaries, wholesale, retail, … until it is ready for sale for you. We combine these steps so that you also get insight into the company and the brand of your things and the transparency they use. You can trace where the thing has been. When you want to purchase something second hand, you will have a total picture of the origin and the life cycle of the thing.

Track

Through our blockchain ecosystem you also have the opportunity to localize your thing via integration of a GPS module. You can trace where the thing has been, so you can get also an insight into the company and the brand of your things and the transparency they use.
